When SAD GAS STATION and DOUBLE UP announced they were bringing the Brooklyn drill pioneer himself, Bobby Shmurda, to Seoul for his first-ever Korean performance, the streets knew it was about to be a movie. But what went down at Mondrian Seoul Itaewon on September 25th was beyond just a regular party—it was a complete cultural reset.

Picture this: the raw, unfiltered energy of New York's finest colliding with the polished, high-end aesthetic of one of Seoul's most exclusive spots. From 8 PM straight through to 3 AM, the room was absolute mayhem. Shmurda had the crowd completely losing their minds, bringing that undeniable East Coast bounce and authentic swagger straight to Yongsan District. The energy was unmatched, but the lineup was mad heavy across the board. We’re talking global connectors and local heavyweights like YunB, Ted Park, and OBO setting the tone, with DJ Nina keeping the decks smoking all night long.

The recap footage speaks for itself. The SAD GAS crew is proving they aren't just throwing events; they're curating legendary, certified moments that bridge the gap between continents. If you weren't in the building for "GASSED UP," you missed out on hip-hop history being made in South Korea. Word on the street is they’re just getting started. Keep your ears to the ground and get your fits ready, because whatever SAD GAS drops next, you need to make sure you're in that room.

GASSED UP

26. 4. 17.

Seoul just got a heavy dose of NY energy. SAD GAS and DOUBLE UP linked up to shut down Mondrian Itaewon with Bobby Shmurda's legendary first-ever Korean performance. Pure electricity. You don't wanna miss what's next.
