Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Sad Gas Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) and the users in connection with the use of goods and services provided through the e-commerce website (hereinafter referred to as the Mall) operated by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. Mall refers to the virtual business place established by the Company using information and communication facilities to provide goods or services to users and facilitate transactions.

2. User refers to both members and non-members who access the Mall and receive services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

3. Made-to-Order Products refers to items that are individually manufactured, processed, or prepared based on a user order, making them difficult to resell or likely to cause irreparable loss to the Company upon cancellation.

Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of Terms)

1. The Company shall post the contents of these Terms and Conditions, its trade name, the name of the representative, the address of the business location, and contact information on the initial screen of the Mall so that users can easily recognize them.

2. The Company may amend these Terms and Conditions to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws, such as the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.

Article 4 (Provision and Modification of Services)

1. The Company shall perform tasks such as providing information on goods, concluding purchase contracts, and delivering the contracted goods.

2. As a general rule, all goods handled by the Company are Made-to-Order Products, and delivery takes approximately two weeks from the completion of payment.

Article 5 (Formation of Contract and Payment)

1. The Company shall accept the user purchase request unless there is falsehood, omission, or error. The contract is deemed to be formed at the time the Company acceptance reaches the user.

2. The user may pay the price using the payment methods provided by the Company (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).

Article 6 (Cancellation of Order and Privacy Protection)

1. Users may cancel their orders in accordance with relevant laws; however, cancellations for Made-to-Order Products are strictly restricted. (For details, please refer to the Shipping and Returns Policy.)

2. The Company securely protects user personal information in accordance with relevant laws and its Privacy Policy.

Article 7 (Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction)

Any lawsuit regarding an e-commerce dispute arising between the Company and the user shall be filed with the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act, and the laws of the Republic of Korea shall apply.
