Shipping and Returns Policy

[Notice] All products from Sad Gas Co., Ltd. are made-to-order and take approximately two weeks from the completion of payment to delivery.

1. Shipping Information
Shipping Method: Designated courier (e.g., CJ Logistics)
Delivery Time: Approximately 2 weeks from the date of payment completion (Made-to-order basis)
If delivery is delayed due to raw material supply, production schedules, or natural disasters, we will notify users in advance.
The user shall bear the round-trip shipping costs incurred due to the user's fault (e.g., incorrect shipping address, refusal to receive).

2. Basic Principles for Exchange and Refund (Cancellation of Order)
Users may request a cancellation of their order within 7 days from the date of receiving the product. However, exchanges and refunds are strictly restricted in the following cases:
If the product is lost or damaged due to the user's fault
If the value of the product has significantly decreased due to the user's use or partial consumption
If the value of the product has decreased over time to the extent that resale is difficult

3. Special Provision on the Restriction of Cancellation for Made-to-Order Products (Important)
SAD GAS products are Made-to-Order Products that are individually produced based on user orders.
Therefore, once production has begun, cancellations, exchanges, or refunds due to a simple change of mind are not possible.
This is based on Article 17, Paragraph 2, Subparagraph 6 of the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc., and Article 21 of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act.
Cancellation requests made before the production stage begins can be processed after confirmation through the Customer Center.

4. Cases Eligible for Exchange and Refund (Company's Fault)
In the following cases, exchanges and refunds are possible even for made-to-order products, and the Company will bear the round-trip shipping costs:
If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered
If the delivered product is clearly different from the displayed or advertised content

5. Exchange and Refund Request and Processing Procedure
If a defect is found after receiving the product, you must contact the Customer Center (+82-2-6245-0123) or submit an inquiry through the website without delay, along with supporting evidence such as photos.
If a product is returned arbitrarily without prior registration, the refund process may be delayed or rejected.
After the inspection of the returned product is completed, the refund will be processed according to the policy of the respective payment gateway used.
